Ms. Proctor is associated with the firm, specializing in affordable housing finance and real estate matters representing developers in connection with the acquisition, financing and syndication of real estate development projects including transactions utilizing low-income housing tax credit and tax-exempt bond financing and other sources of private and public financing.

Education: Graduated from Pepperdine University in 1993 with a B.S. in Business Administration. Received J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 1996 and a M.BA. in Finance from DePaul University Graduate School of Business in 1996.  Member of The State Bar of California.
