Ms. Hayes is a partner in the firm, specializing in the federal income tax aspects of affordable housing and real estate transactions, including low-income housing tax credits and partnership taxation.

Education:  Graduated from Saint Cloud State University in 2003 with a B.A. in French.  Received J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2006. Member of The State Bar of California and The State Bar of Illinois
